產品特點:

1、無坩堝設計、省電、節能、環保。

2、采用高鋁抗滲透耐火材料、爐襯壽命可達五年以上。

3、采用微孔納米隔熱板及鋁纖維保溫材料，爐壁平均溫升低，采用低表面負荷加熱器，大大延長了加熱器壽命。

4、溫控儀表采用日本、美國品牌，質量穩定，壽命長。插座采用工業快速接插件，可快速更換加熱爐蓋，提高工作效率。

5、臺灣品牌的可控硅(PID控制)，控溫精度±3℃左右。爐蓋帶有氣缸開啟裝置，方便除渣作業。

6、鋁液、爐膛氣氛溫度雙重控制，提高鋁水控溫精度，降低能耗。

7、鋁液熱電偶保護管采用氮化硅材質，不增鐵，壽命長。

8、爐子外形:長方型、正方型、L型。
