1、此爐型設計具有熔解兼保溫功能，適用:鋁合金、鋅合金。

2、采用高鋁磚或耐高溫澆注料整體成型，爐襯壽命長。

4、采用微孔納米隔熱板及鋁纖維保溫材料，爐壁平均溫升低。

5、鋁液熱電偶保護管采用氮化硅材質，不增鐵，壽命長。

6、鋁液、爐膛氣氛溫度雙重控制，控溫精度高，保溫狀態控溫精度±5℃.

7、燃燒器采用:國內優質品牌，質量安全可靠，故障率低。

8、單臺熔解能力:50KG-400KG/H(單體坩堝鋁水容量150-1000KG).
