產品特點：

1.爐襯采用高密度澆注料一體成型，隔熱材料使用輕質絕熱磚、陶瓷纖維板及納米材料復合而成，其具有爐體壽命長、保溫效果好、蓄熱量小、升溫速度快等特點，爐壁溫升≤35°℃。

2.此設備采用半鋁料半侵泡熔化結構，燒損低，熔化速度快。

3.采用進口溫度控制器,PID自動調節控制,鋁液及爐氛雙重控溫。

4.使用蓄熱式燃燒器，PLC控制配合空燃比例調節，可準確控制爐內氣氛溫度，燃燒充分，安全可靠。

5.配備火焰檢測、壓力檢測、自動控溫、液面控制、故障報警等功能。

6.自動化程度高，液壓驅動傾倒出水，不需要人工堵流，操作簡單,安全可靠，可大大降低發生安全事故的可能性。
