產品特點：

1、傾動式反射爐主要用來處理鋁合金固體物料，精煉過程及原理與反射爐一樣

2、采用蓄熱式結構，爐體組成：爐本體+蓄熱式燃控系統，蓄熱系統采用新型三蓄熱結構，可大大降低煙氣溫度，不需要對排煙管路做過多保溫措施，并可降低除塵系統的耐溫要求。

3、容量：5T、10T、15T、20T、25T、35T、40T、50T、65T、75T；可根據客戶實際需求設計制造。

4、能耗（50-62m3天然氣/噸鋁）:5-15T爐≤62;20-35T爐≤58;40T以上爐≤55

5、加料、扒渣方便，布料均勻，熔化速度快。物料入爐后不會有較大的落差，不易損壞爐襯。大爐子可開設兩個爐門，使布料更加均勻，不致于出現爐門口堆料現象。

6、自動化程度高，一鍵點火，自動控溫，大小火變頻調節；另設置激光精準控流，一旦澆鑄系統故障或有其它原因需立即停止澆鑄時，傾動爐可馬上回爐，不需人工堵流，安全高效。

7、爐子壽命長，澆注料采用進口品牌分倉砌筑而成，倉與倉之間設有凹形楔口，即可適應內襯材料的熱膨冷縮變化，亦可防鋁液滲漏，同時還有極好的保溫效果。施工時采用國際先進的施工工藝，確保了各種工況下，爐襯均不會出現癱塌、傾倒現象。

8、燃燒安全性高:采用pLC自動控制，配置熄火自動保護，自動吹掃功能，火焰自動檢測。觸摸屏界面：鋁液、爐膛、排煙溫度，燃氣流量、風機頻率等各項參數一目了然。
